The Story: Resilience in Bloom

“Held by Frost” (傲雪红玫) is a powerful exploration of endurance and fragile beauty. The painting illustrates the striking contrast between the delicate, velvety, vibrant red petals of a blossoming rose and the harsh, cold environment of a snowy winter night.

Masterfully utilizing the watercolor medium, the artist captures the subtle translucency of the frost-kissed leaves against a deep, atmospheric, starry background. This piece serves as a timeless symbol of resilience, passion, and enduring grace, making it an inspiring addition to any sophisticated art collection or elegant living space.
