Double Honor: Two Wildlife Watercolors Recognized at the LST 16th “Animals” Exhibition

I am incredibly honored to announce that two of my original wildlife watercolor paintings have received awards at the 16th Annual “Animals” Exhibition (May 2026), hosted by the Light Space & Time (LST) Online Art Gallery.

This international online exhibition is dedicated entirely to art that captures the spirit, beauty, and diversity of the animal kingdom. Having my explorations of both terrestrial and marine life recognized simultaneously is a profound encouragement for my realistic watercolor practice.

About the Award-Winning Artworks:

  • “Guardian of the Prairie” (2025, 73 x 53.4 cm): This painting was awarded an Honorable Mention in the Paint & Other Media category. It captures a majestic hawk perched vigilantly on a weathered wooden wagon wheel amidst a vast, sweeping landscape. The focus is on the intricate textures of the bird’s feathers and the quiet strength of its gaze.

  • “Splendid Coral Realm” (2025, 38.4 x 28.4 cm): This vibrant piece received a Special Recognition award. It is a highly detailed depiction of a dynamic octopus navigating a lush, colorful coral reef, showcasing the breathtaking complexity of marine ecosystems.

The online exhibition is now live. I warmly invite you to view my artworks and explore the incredible collection of animal-themed pieces created by international artists.
