  • Signed & Numbered: Each print is individually hand-signed and numbered by the artist (e.g., 1/50). Editions are never reprinted once sold out.

• Option B: Professionally Framed (Ready to Hang)

  • Gallery Standard: We use minimalist White Aluminum Alloy Frames with a Floating Mount design.

  • Premium Glazing: Protected by shatter-resistant, crystal-clear Gallery Acrylic (lighter and safer than glass).

  • Convenience: Arrives fully assembled with hardware, ready to hang immediately.

3. Premium Shipping & Packaging (全球物流与包装)

We prioritize the safety of your artwork above all else. We do not roll our paintings.

• Global Delivery: We ship worldwide via trusted express couriers (DHL/FedEx/UPS).

• Secure Flat Shipping (Originals & Prints): To preserve the delicate paper fibers, ALL Unframed Artworks (including large originals) are shipped FLAT. They are sandwiched between multiple layers of industrial-grade hardboard and foam within a reinforced box to prevent bending.

• Framed Art Protection: Framed works are shipped in heavy-duty, double-reinforced packaging with hard corner protectors and shock-absorbent cushioning.

4. Purchase Security & Policies (购买保障)

• Damage Protection: In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We are committed to resolving shipping issues swiftly.

• All Sales Final: Due to the fragile and unique nature of fine art, we generally do not accept returns for “change of mind.” Please review the high-resolution photos and size specifications carefully before purchasing.

• Duties & Taxes: For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes assessed by their local government.
